Bridge to MBA Program

The Bridge to MBA program is designed to provide a pathway for those who may not initially meet the admission criteria for our Part-Time MBA Program or wish to assess the program's suitability before committing to full admission.

It offers an inclusive approach to address the following circumstances:

  • Missing Academic Requirement: If you hold a GPA below 3.0 and do not have a strong GMAT/GRE score to prove your academic potential, the Bridge to MBA program provides an opportunity to demonstrate academic readiness while earning credits/certificates.
  • Exploratory Phase: if you would like to explore business education to determine whether the MBA program is the right fit for you.

The program will be administered by the rSBI program and includes three core MBA core courses:

  • Accounting for Managers
  • Organizational Behavior
  • Marketing Management (optional)

Students are required to take Accounting for Managers and Organizational Behavior as the first two courses. Students can take the Marketing Management course as a third course to improve their GPA. If the average GPA of the first two or all three courses is 3.0 or above, this will serve as evidence of academic readiness when applying to the Part-Time MBA program. The courses taken and passed in this program will be transferred to their MBA transcript once admitted into the Part-Time MBA program.

Additionally, students will receive a certificate from the rSBI program in recognition of their accomplishments.
