Professor Bora is the former Chief Financial Officer and Director of Finance and Management at the New Jersey Meadowlands Commission where he managed the financial operations of the agency and served as the administrator of the Meadowlands Intermunicipal Tax Sharing Formula. He has helped direct the Masters Degree Program in Governmental Accounting as its Associate Director for over 10 years. He was instrumental in developing the online component of the program making it the first complete online graduate program at the Rutgers Business School. Professor Bora has taught courses in governmental accounting and auditing and design and development of information systems. He brings into the classroom public financial management expertise covering a broad spectrum of experience with real-world applications and strong relationships with leaders in the field thus offering students career advice and planning.
Professor Bora is also the Director for the Masters Program in Governmental Accounting.
