The Undergraduate Office of Career Management (OCM) promotes RBS Newark undergraduates as a source of top talent by preparing business students for the on-campus recruiting process and helping employers find candidates with specific and unique skill sets. We also provide RBS students the business tools necessary to excel in a competitive job market by mandating professional business seminars, incorporating business ethics into workshops, and partnering with faculty to develop soft skills in preparation for case-competitions.
